As a Evening Managed Services Specialist for nDivision, you will assist customers with Systems and Network issues. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of architecture, configuration and deployment of networks and systems. This position works from 10pm to 10am, 4 evenings on / 4 evenings off.
From a Network perspective, your focus will be responding to calls and tickets dealing with configuration and connectivity issues with mission critical SMB and Large Enterprise networks which may also require an understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking, IP, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, SSL, PKI, network routing, firewalls and wireless networking.
On the Systems side, tickets require an understanding and hands on experience dealing with a wide variety of troubleshooting, configuration and upgrading of workstations, servers and related hardware and software including Windows Server 2012 R2, SQL Server 2012, Exchange 2013, Lync 2013, Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, VMWare ESX and providing investigation, diagnostic testing and repair/resolution of system, hardware, software and infrastructure.
