nDivision (nD) is a young Cloud and Professional Services firm, and we are expanding rapidly. We provide Managed Services, Professional Services and resell Dell enterprise hardware.
Our clients range from businesses with between 200 and 10,000 information technology users, and span multiple industries including natural resources, financial, manufacturing, retail and healthcare. A key component of nD's strategy is our strategic partnership with Dell, which allows us to resell Dell enterprise-class infrastructure and software.

We are currently seeking a Network Support Specialist to work with our Managed Services group assisting client mainly with troubleshooting and resolving networking issues, deployments and configuration, etc. You would be part of the support team and the primary responsibility would be remotely resolving issues by working tickets in the queue. At times you may be asked to work on some Professional Services project, which may include up to 10 – 20% travel.
Ideally, this role will be located in Carrollton, TX, but for the right person we will consider remote where you would work from your home office.
Experience with implementation, administration and monitoring of the following Voice provider solutions:
Experience with implementation, management and troubleshooting of all routing protocols.
Ability to multi-task and work arrange of complex to non-complex networking focused tickets in a fast paced Managed Services environment covering multiple customer networks.
Ability to travel up to 20% to support pre-sales activities and onsite project based professional services.
Experience with SOW creation is a plus.
