As an nDivision Microsoft Solutions Architect, you will have a combination of advanced technology and strategic business acumen and be a champion for solutions on the Microsoft platform with deep knowledge and experience in multiple disciplines. You will be able to architect, design, and implement complex solutions and mentor other nDivision Consultants. You will have demonstrated the ability to engage in senior level technology decision maker discussions related to agility and business value. An nDivision Solutions Architect can manage the complete lifecycle of large and complex projects. Understanding of competitive technology enables the Solutions Architect to properly assess feasibility of migrating customer solutions from, and/or integrating with, non-Microsoft platforms. You will be mainly focused on ‘Corporate’ and ‘Large Enterprise’ accounts that have a requirement for complex and/or multiple Microsoft solutions.

You will possess excellent presentation skills as well as in-depth technical and business value knowledge of Microsoft and competitive technologies. You will contribute to our repository of intellectual property and best practices as we employ Microsoft technologies to create a dramatically more personal, integrated computing experience for our customers.

In addition, you will:

Be prepared to travel for approximately 25% of your billable time
Take responsibility for creation of Microsoft solutions/components for RFP responses
Attend pre-sales meetings - build and present Microsoft demos and solution designs to nDivision customers
Work with the customer to understand functional and business requirements and make the appropriate technology recommendations
Contribute to managing the financial aspects of the project by providing accurate reporting and ensuring that the team works within the agreed financial guidelines
Develop and maintain effective customer and user relationships and contribute to marketing/PR activities where appropriate
Input to hiring decisions, based on nDivision’s hiring procedures
Take responsibility for managing the careers of junior nDivision team members where appropriate
Develop technical specifications and statements of work based on functional requirements

Job requirements:

10+ years of in depth Microsoft solutions experience
10+ Microsoft certifications, of which, at least three have to be at MCITP level or higher, in any of the following areas:

MCITP: Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008
MCITP: Server Administrator on Windows Server 2008
MCITP: Virtualization Administrator on Windows Server 2008 R2
MCITP: Database Administrator 2008
MCITP: Enterprise Messaging Administrator on Exchange 2010

Demonstrated ability to lead consultants in various project work streams
Demonstrated project experience with regard to estimates, planning and deliverables
Developed technical requirements based on business imperatives
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Proven ability to understand a customer's needs and perform analysis and definition of an organization’s information architecture
Ability to write quality high level and detailed design documents, communicate the vision and defend the position
